Hoogoorddreef
In the heart of Amsterdamse Poort, our architectural engineering team, known as 'creative engineers,' played a pivotal role in this transformative residential housing project. As part of Cluster 7's major development, we utilized our expertise to ensure the project's seamless integration into this bustling urban center, which attracts nearly 16 million visitors annually.
Our team's approach went beyond traditional modeling and drawing; we provided integral advice and coordination to perfect every detail. With a keen focus on people and a commitment to user comfort, we analyzed, collaborated with stakeholders, and simplified complex tasks, ensuring that these buildings are not only super effective upon completion but will also perform optimally for the next 50 years.
This tactile profession allowed us to shape the public space, making it an integral part of the city. The project's diverse housing typologies responded effectively to varying urban conditions, creating a harmonious blend of residential street intimacy and a vibrant urban facade along busy roads.
In our role as creative engineers, we united concept and execution, speaking both architectural and construction languages. Our involvement from the project's inception allowed us to optimize every aspect, from clear construction plans to manufacturable and cost-effective building solutions. This project is a testament to creativity at its finest, showcasing our ability to contribute to transformative and harmonious urban environments.
