THE LUTHER QUARTER - BUILDING 7
The owner of the building wanted to compare if it's more profitable to keep the existing building and renovate it or to construct completely a new one. We worked with the existing one, keeping as much as possible from the exterior. In the interior we made new floor plans and worked with different elevations of this complex existing building.
